Shipping Policy
At Nuë, every order is prepared with care to ensure the best possible quality of our products. Due to our logistics model and production/preparation lead times, shipping and delivery times may be longer than standard local delivery times.entreprendre.service-public+1
1. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the store, during periods of high demand, or in the event of exceptional production constraints.
Order processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 14 to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on production lead times, logistical preparation, and transportation.
These delivery times are provided as estimates; however, Nuë undertakes to ship and deliver orders within the timeframe announced at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable e-commerce rules.service-public+2
3. Important Delivery Information
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, periods of high demand, carrier constraints, customs inspections, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
A minor delay does not automatically entitle the customer to immediate cancellation or refund, except where required under applicable law.service-public+2
4. Order Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it will be communicated to the customer after the order has been shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all shipping information provided at checkout.
5. Shipping Address
The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
Nuë shall not be held responsible for any delay, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from an incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible address.
6. Delivery Delays
In the event of an unusual delay, the customer is invited to contact customer service so that a verification may be carried out with the carrier.
In France and the European Union, the seller must respect the delivery timeframe announced at checkout; if no timeframe is specified, delivery must take place no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the order.service-public+3
If this deadline is not met, the customer may request that the seller complete delivery within an additional reasonable period before, in certain cases, requesting cancellation of the sale.tarn+2
7. Lost, Unclaimed, or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if it is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it, an investigation must be carried out before any commercial solution can be offered.
If reshipment is requested by the customer in a situation not resulting from an error by Nuë, additional reshipping fees may apply.
8. Taxes, Customs, and Additional Charges
For deliveries outside the country of dispatch or depending on the destination, customs inspections, taxes, duties, or additional charges may apply in accordance with local regulations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the store, any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
